We spend so much time focusing on what we put on our skin… but what we put in our body plays just as important of a role.
If your skin has been feeling a little dull, inflamed, or just not as radiant as usual, it might not be your products. Sometimes, it’s simply a matter of what your body needs more of.
At Sleekskin®, we believe glowing skin is a full-circle moment. And that includes nourishment.
Why It Matters
Your skin is constantly working behind the scenes: repairing, protecting, and renewing itself. To do that well, it relies on the right nutrients to support collagen, calm inflammation, and protect against everyday environmental stress.
When your body is supported, your skin doesn’t have to work as hard… and it shows.
What to Add In (Not Take Away)
This isn’t about restriction or overhauling your routine. It’s about adding in a few key, skin-supportive foods that help your glow come through more naturally.
• Leafy greens like spinach and kale to support skin repair
• Berries for antioxidant protection and brightness
• Healthy fats like avocado, salmon, and nuts for hydration and elasticity
• Vitamin C-rich foods like citrus and strawberries to support collagen
• Green tea to help calm and balance the skin
Simple, consistent choices like these can make a bigger difference than most people expect.
The Sleekskin® Approach
When you pair internal support with the right treatments and skincare, everything works better together.
Your facials go deeper. Your products perform better. Your results last longer.
Because glowing skin isn’t about doing more… it’s about supporting what’s already there.
I know it can feel challenging to remember all of the nutrients we need for our skin throughout the day. My personal trick, get a solid serving first thing in the morning with a smoothie or bowl. Check out my glow bowl recipe to do the same!
