It’s the New Year and you no doubt have many ideas about what you’ll improve upon in 2017, do more of this and less of, that etc. Many of you reading this are high achievers, your minds and bodies constantly “on the go”! This is a way of life in 2017. But do know how to “power down” when it’s time for sleep?
